Our Milestones

QTAT BPO Solutions was started with the goal of providing high-quality services within the agreed Turn Around Time for a wide variety of industries. We were so focused on our motto that we named our company what matters most for any service business. And what matters most is Quality and Turn Around Time, hence the name QTAT. As we focus on what lies ahead, we are already working on new ideas and towards future progress. 

During the past 15 years, QTAT has devoted itself to the expansion of our service range. Thanks to our 100+ employees, we are proud to offer a diversified service lineup starting with RCMS, HazMat Classification, and Mass Tort Vendor Services all the way to Industry Neutral back office services and Technology solutions. We took great pleasure in completing many successful projects and here’s a look back on some genuine milestones in the long history of QTAT:

Over the Years

Aug 2006

Medical billing and Coding projects with in-house training for medical coders on ICD 9  & 10 began the trend for crossing industry lanes.

Aug 2007

Zero to 100 Texas clients in 14 months flat, QTAT provided quality Medical Transcription services in the global marketplace.

2008

Medical billing and Coding projects with in-house training for medical coders on ICD 9  & 10 began the trend for crossing industry lanes.

2009

With Medical Billing & Coding services in its arsenal, QTAT became a full-fledged Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) provider.

2010

By winning a HazMat classification project from e-commerce giant Amazon.com, QTAT grew from an RCMS company to a KPO company.

45 Million+ e-commerce products for hazardous material (HazMat) safety were classified as per the code of federal regulations (49 CFR 173.2) guidelines for Amazon Services LLC.

AUG 2011

QTAT diversified into media management services with media client Thomson Reuters.

2011

Mass Tort Vendor Services

September 2011

Providing litigation support services- including record retrieval, record review, preparing court documents, and packet creation- to one of the largest firms in Texas propelled QTAT into a leading Mass Tort Vendor.

2012

One of the largest mass tort cases to date was against TVMS manufacturers. They settled thousands of legal claims for nearly $8 billion, out of which roughly $2B were settled by using mass tort vendor services, which QTAT provided.

2013

QTAT was approached by one of the largest TVM litigation groups in Texas solidifying its hold in the industry.

2015

QTAT sees national expansion with Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC as its first client in Florida.

2016

Delving into web design and development, digital marketing, and software development for a growing customer base. 

Built static and dynamic websites, and e-commerce stores and provided digital marketing services for various clients.

2019

Joining a full-fledged marketing company out of Los Angeles, QTAT had its first foray into Lead Management.

2020

Partnered with GrooveDigital® software company to provide all-in-one marketing solutions like sales funnels, websites, e-com stores, e-mail marketing, & automated webinars, etc.

With an arsenal of tools and talent, QTAT entered into Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementation through Nice In-Contact.

2021

Moving into the future QTAT embraces the goal of being one of the most sought-after technology companies.
